You design. We do the rest.

Printing, sewing, checks, shipping, invoices, returns, customer service: it is our trade, every day. You buy nothing, ship nothing and answer no angry emails. Whoever buys your flag sees the delivery date before paying.

Your share on every flag sold

Not once: every time that flag sells. A flag lives outdoors and gets replaced, so a design people like keeps working for you three years from now.

15% when an ordinary customer buys, 8% when a reseller buys or when we also pay the affiliate who brought the customer.

Your name, your page

Every design goes on sale under your name, on a page of your own in the shop that lists all your flags. You share one link, and whoever opens it finds your whole catalogue.

A free design pays too. Once.

A public-domain or openly licensed design pays you like your own: we pay for the work of finding, checking and uploading it. The same design enters the catalogue only once: whoever gets there first, gets there.

5 € + VAT a month

Your designs on sale in the shop, under your name and on your own page. On every sale, your share.

For networks

Flag Studio Pro

19 € + VAT a month

Flag Studio Base included. Private flags only the people you invite can see and buy, your share given to buyers as a discount if you prefer, and limits on sizes, proportions, finishes and materials.

In every month your flags sell at least 100 €, the 19 € come back to you as shop credit.

You pay only after we accept you. You switch between Base and Pro whenever you want, from your account: moving up you pay only the difference for the days left. When a welcome offer is on, you see it in your Flag Studio section before activating a plan.

In My account → Flag Studio: your country, a link to your work or up to three designs, two lines about you. Free.

We answer

By email and in the same section. If it is a no, with the reason.

You activate your plan

Flag Studio Base or Flag Studio Pro. From that day you have your own page in the shop.

You upload your designs

Title, description, the print file and where the rights come from. We check the file, the rights, and that the design is not in the catalogue already.

It goes on sale

It becomes a flag of the shop, under your name, translated into six languages. Every sale pays you your share.

How we pay you

When a sale is final

Your share matures when the order's return window closes, so only final sales count: a refunded order pays nothing, a partial refund lowers your share. In your account you see your designs, your sales, what has matured and what is about to.

From 100 €, with no fee

From 100 € matured you request the payout, at most once a month, and we keep nothing. It goes through Stripe: you connect your bank account once, on Stripe's own page.

The rights

An open licence

Public domain, CC0, CC BY or CC BY-SA. Under CC BY the original author's name appears on the flag's page. Non-commercial («NC») licences are not accepted.

Or the holder's letter

Written by whoever holds the rights, naming the design and allowing us to print and sell it. We read it before publishing. When you apply you take responsibility for the rights.

If a plan is not paid

No surprises: 90 days in three steps. Until day 60 your flags stay on sale and your section asks you to pay. On day 60 they leave the shop until you pay. On day 90 your portfolio closes and those designs can be uploaded again. What you earned stays yours: we write to you, and you can request it even below 100 €.

Questions everybody asks

Do I have to be a professional?

No. The design counts, not the title.

Why is there a plan to pay?

Because a living catalogue has somebody behind it. The plan tells us you are still there, and an abandoned design does not take the place of someone who would sell it.

Does the flag cost more?

No. It costs what the others cost: your share comes out of our margin, not out of the buyer's pocket. With Flag Studio Pro it can even cost less, if you choose the discount.

I am already a reseller. Can I join?

Yes. The reseller plan and the Flag Studio plan live side by side, each with its own subscription.

Can I take a design down whenever I want?

Yes. It leaves the catalogue, and the sales already made stay yours.

Nautical Polyester

Our standard outdoor flag fabric, and the one most customers choose. 100% polyester, 115 g/m², tightly knitted with no mesh holes, so colours stay bright and the flag dries quickly after rain. Resistant to sunlight, suitable indoors and outdoors. Machine washable at 30°C.

Long Life

A heavier fabric for flags that fly all year. 100% polyester, 120 g/m², knitted with a denser, knotted weave that holds its shape and resists tearing at the hoist. Resistant to wind and sunlight — the choice when Nautical Polyester does not last long enough. Machine washable at 30°C.

Storm Flag

Our most wind-resistant fabric, for exposed places. 100% polyester, 115 g/m², woven so it cannot run or fray, with reinforced holes that let gusts through instead of pulling at the seams. Resistant to wind and sunlight. Machine washable at 30°C.

Satin

A glossy, silky fabric for indoor and ceremonial flags. 100% polyester, 125 g/m², opaque, so the design shows through to the back only faintly — a double-sided satin flag is sewn from two panels with a lining between them. For room flags, table flags and presentation. Machine washable at 30°C.

Display

A heavy fabric for decoration and banners, not for flying. 100% polyester, 220 g/m², thick and opaque, so the print is visible on the front only. Resistant to sunlight, for indoor and outdoor decoration. Machine washable at 30°C.

Black sleeve, left

The flag is cut clean and a black 100% polyester sleeve is sewn along the left side, for the pole to slide into. The open edge is machine-hemmed.

Black sleeve, right

The flag is cut clean and a black 100% polyester sleeve is sewn along the right side, for the pole to slide into. The open edge is machine-hemmed.

Printed sleeve, right

The sleeve along the right side is cut from the printed flag itself, so the design carries on over it. The open edge is machine-hemmed.

The flag is cut clean and a white 100% polyester sleeve is sewn along the left side, for the pole to slide into. The open edge is machine-hemmed.

Handy flags, pack of 10

A sleeve sewn along the hoist side for a 6 mm stick, open at both ends, with the 40 cm stick already fitted. The other three sides are hot cut, so they cannot fray. Supplied in packs of ten.

Bunting with 30 flags

Thirty flags, hot cut on every side, sewn onto a ribbon every 13 cm. The line is 10 m long, with a further metre of free ribbon at each end for tying it up.

A 40 mm polyester band is folded double and sewn with two rows of stitching along all four sides. Rustproof metal eyelets are set into every corner and every 100 cm between them.
